i was sent the book without the CD which was part of the product/ book. i therforee can not fully use the book since the CD is missing. can i get the CD please. this should not happen to a regular customer like me.

This book clearly states on the back that a DVD is included in every purchase. However, I did not receive aforementioned DVD.
This textbook was most helpful for my Lifespan Career Development Course. Has the most up to date theories (at this printing) of career theories. It also provided examples of career counseling interventions throughout the lifespan. Drawback is that there is another more recent edition. But for the money this text provides a good resource in career counseling.
I needed this book for class and was a little late ordering it, but it got to me quickly and in good condition. No complaints.
