    Hi

Within your bank is there any place yuo can switch to

I don’t know where are you now but you ask for transfer from one dept to another since you have been in the industry so long

If you don’t like your co why not try to apply other banks

If really want to come out, you may want to be advisor but really difficult to advise as we don’t know your epertise

If you are just a general staff then coming out to have own business is as good as starting a fresh means you no need to think about your exp as they doesn’t apply anymore

I often feel the same way as I am in the same industry and question why quite frequently

My answer would be that find something that you actually like to do and put plans in place to get there. If you go for the career change, make sure you have a real interest in your new field.

    Good luck
